Have you ever heard of the 14 year that stepped off the bridge & got seriously hurt. Distracting walking has become a serious and dangerous problem in the united states. Some people think the solution is to make it illegal. Other people think that it shouldn’t be illegal to walk while texting because people might get an important phone call or text. Might even want to take videos of where they are at. That’s what most people are arguing about today.Texting walking shouldn’t be a aw because it’s your choice if you want to text somebody and plus even if they make it a law people are going to still do it no matter what.

Some people want to make Texting and Walking a law. According to the text “in 2014 a 14 year old was seriously injured by walking off the bridge when he was texting and walking.” This Shows that people are now scared to walk around and use their phones because they are scared that they might end up doing the same thing walking off the bridge. But it’s 50/50 chance that you are going to walk off the bridge. …show more content…
Is according to the text “A 15 year old got hit by a car because of walking and texting.” This shows that people still need to look both ways before crossing the street on your phone or not because even if she was not on her phone and still didn’t look both ways it’s possible that you can still get hit by a car. That’s why you look both ways but when you cross the street you should really put your phone down just in case a car is turning and you don’t see it because you are looking down at your phone and cant see anything around
