Okonkwo culture allows the reader to see that they have different customs and traditions compared to our modern era. The male reader may interpret this book as fascinating and interesting way to live. The male gender my like to live with more than one wife and have them take care of him. Meaning that if he wants someone to cook he can tell one of his nines wives to make him something compared to just being the one who does everything. The female reader many also like the living style because if you marry a man who has many wives you are and would be considered in the high class and not the low class. So not all woman may like to live in this era , but there are some of those who would enjoy living in this era.
Will there the different reader who read “Things Fall Apart” this book can change the reader's point of view there is a lot of foreshadowing and climax parts which make this book very interesting to read. Where the reader can choose a side if he would agree with the choices that Okonkwo makes during the book. There were some head turners that made the different readers say yes he should have done it but also say no that was not the right thing to do. When Okonkwo kills Ikemefuna this is a part were the different gender mit fight about the males say yes must show his dominance. While the females mit say that was the wrong things to do. That's how this book can be interpret different compared to the different types of genders. The readers can also be on the opposite side deeping how they see the situation or the way they have any personal experience.
