Georges Braque, the 1900s painter, is well known for being a leading edge in the radical art movement, cubism. Alongside Pablo Picasso, whom he collaborated with, he helped set the tone for this era in a leading edge style of art, which encompassed many perspectives, ideas, and constructive elements that created many acclaimed works of art. Braque began his career as an apprentice alongside his father, a master decorator. He gave up this apprenticeship to pursue his passion for painting full time, where he explored the Fauvist ideas with Henri Matisse. Although he had his first debut in an exhibition at the Salon des Independants in 1906, he was inspired
