* Rugby began when a school boy named Web Ellis grabbed a soccer ball during a soccer game and ran, creating the sport rugby. many people don't believe this as they say soccer was not created at that time aswell. Rugby just didn't appear out of know where it was created and can be traced to two thousand years ago. Rugby World cup started a few years later,The winners of the RWC are awarded the William Webb Ellis Cup which is named after William Webb Ellis the student who created rugby.

One of the major changes in rugby is the gear/Technology and this has changed the game. They should eat 5 serving of fruit a day. Lots of high fibre foods. Small amounts of protein. Small amounts of low fat dairy products Less of fat, fatty foods, and sugary foods eaten. Plenty of water during the day.
