This essay discusses the effects of beef on climate change. A cow has two stomachs. When he firsts eats, the food goes to the first stomach and then he regurgitates it back up and eats it again where it goes to the second stomach. When he regurgitates his food, he produces methane. Beef also causes deforestation because humanity makes room for the steer. Making fertilizer, feed, and internal gases contribute to 14 percent of greenhouse emissions. Climate change is the change in weather patterns that lasts for a lengthy period. Climate change causes loss of sea ice, meaning the sea will rise. This is a problem for people who live in the flood zone near the sea causing people having to move inward. This means less area of land with our ever-growing
