The young Abe Lincoln was a determined young man. He was not lazy or slothful. He made up his mind to accomplish what he had set in front of him. He started as a young man in his father’s house, working the land and continued out on his own. He was strong in stature and determined in mind. He did whatever job needed to be done. His hard work paid off.
