On the morning of All Hallows Eve, I attended mass and prayed for a safe journey so that I may complete the task appointed for me. After mass I donned my armor,picked up my sword,and called for my best horse.I bore a shield decorated with a pentagon which reminded me of the five wounds Christ suffered on the cross and the five virtues of knighthood generosity,courtesy, friendship :as well.On the other side of my shield was an image of the Virgin Mary.These images brought me comfort in the battlefield and reminded me why I was fighting in the first place. after accepting me to take the green giants challenge, I faced fearlessness towards the giant and made a pact before we went any further into this challenge,I gave the giant my name and accepted the conditions,I offered a strike and in twelve months I shall endure another by your hand.The challenge was in twelve months time in the green chapel,as time passed the challenge just came closer and closer and I knew it was soon time to seek out the green giants challenge out to the green chapel.I prayed and prepared for my travel little did I know I had a very tough travel.For weeks i traveled land in search of the green chapel I rode through the mountains and moor,through woods and valley,i was forced to sleep in pouring rain,I often encountered foes who wanted to fight my journey was not easy but i was far from giving up.By christmas eve, I hadn't heard anything from the green chapel i remember crying and praying to be guided.During my journey i encountered for a few days,at night i was haunted by my nightmares dreaming the green knight brandishing his fearful axe.As my trip continued I faced more hard challenges like serpents,wild men and giants.When i found the green chapel and started my challenge i struggled to decide whether my knightly virtues are more important than my life.I completed the challenge but failed to show virtuous.I
