The Heart In Mr. Boone's Heart

The Heart:For Mr.Boone’s heart I drew the outline of a heart with an inscription of Christopher in it. Then I placed it sort of orbiting Mr.Boone. This resembles how much he loves Christopher but also shows how their relationship progressed and regressed throughout the book.

The Backbone:Much like his heart Mr.Boone’s backbone is Christopher. Christopher really motivates Ed everyday, everything he does is for Christopher.When he gets home from work he asks christopher what he wants to eat and what he wants to watch, he just wants Christopher to be happy.He also fought for Christopher to be able to take the A level maths test. For this part I drew Christopher standing behind him since Christopher is the “backbone” of Ed.

The Hands:I drew Mr.Boone holding a beer bottle which represents how he acts when he drinks. He gets emotional and doesn’t think about his actions.In the other hand I drew Christopher’s book which Ed found and led him to overreact and hurt Christopher.Ed got upset because he was the one who killed Wellington and knew he had to deter Christopher from finding out the truth.He later apologized for his actions but still, he acted on impulse. …show more content…
