There have been many heroes throughout history, one such hero would be Elisabeth Hamilton. To be a hero you must have gone through multiple stages in the hero's journey. Elisabeth’s adventure started when she first met Alexander Hamilton, the man she would later marry, as Alexander became increasingly popular more and more attention was drawn towards Elisabeth. After Alexander was killed in a duel she continued to work on Alexander’s vision. Elisabeth established the first private orphanage in New York City, spoke out against slavery, and raised funds for the Washington Monument. These accomplishments make Elisabeth Hamilton a hero.
