The whole event of the Holocaust is an example, which was part of what the legal representatives for the Allies were hoping to achieve. The plan behind the trials was simply to expose then earn justice for those who suffered under the power of the Nazi party such as those who died in camps or other general attacks on the Jewish people. These trials were not just directed at Germany or Nazism but were a warning to the world to make an example of the reaction to such actions performed by Germany. All who aided criminal policies would stand trial as well as those who formulated the ultimate decisions for aggression and atrocities. Consequently, diplomats and financiers, industrialists and soldiers, all who make modern war possible could be called to account by international tribunals . This propaganda spread throughout the world to such a point that anti-Semitism reached a peak in popularity.
