I know that I am handing this assignment around a week later from when it was supposed to be due but there were circumstances for why it had to be that way. I was partnered up with Huston and gave him a simple task of setting up the article for the magazine, though he agreed he spent a lot of time on writing a short one. I didn’t really care about the length as it seemed good enough to be placed in the assignment but he didn’t spend any time to set it all up InDesign. I kept on reminding him about this and he said he’ll do it, then a day before the assignment was due he sends me the file and it wasn’t properly formatted. It was just simply copied into a text box. I didn’t really complain as there was no point in doing so. So it takes me a day to figure out on how to format the text myself but I get it done before the due day but… the next day I lose my USB. Since I didn’t have a backup on my computer I had to start all over again from scratch. I asked Huston to help me rebuild the assignment but he denied to do so, I didn’t care and started again on my own. So on Friday I finish around 80 percent of the assignment. I then took it home to finish up the rest, which I did. After coming to school on Monday I realized that InDesign cs6 format was different from the one our school had, cs2. I didn’t know this as creating files on Photoshop and illustrator on Cs6 always opened perfectly in cs2 one. This was a huge disappointment as I had to spend the next 2 days figuring out how to
