Introduction:
The indictable case that I have chosen for this assignment is Anita Cobby case. On the 2nd of February 1986, Anita finished working at Sydney Hospital at 3:00pm. She then went and had dinner with her friends at Redfern in Sydney. She caught a train from Central to Blacktown. She most likely decided to walk home after she found the phone to be out of order, and no taxis available. Anita was walking alone Newton road , Blacktown around 10pm. When the gang of five men pulled up in a stolen HT holden beside her. Two of the men jumped out of the car and dragged her into the car. Anita’s attackers told her to strip her cloths off. however She said no and begged them to let her go.
