Lyndon Baines Johnson wanted to be in history not only as a good President, but a fantastic one. He wanted to be recognized as the Father of the Great Society, but the presenters who opposed the Vietnam War caused him to be an enemy(Falkof,1989). But, during Johnson’s administration, the United States had changed in a variety of ways. As Johnson was concerned about the poor and disadvantaged, that raised the consciousness of the country. Lyndon Baines Johnson was the President you could ask for anything, and was different and better than any other man.
