Miscarriage of Justice is a wrong decision made in a trial which an innocent person is convicted as a result. It is something that should not happen, but it can happen at any time. The wrong sentence of a moment can not only ruin a person's life, but also lead to the destruction of a family, which should never be easily overlooked.
