There’s “a sound of the roar and flash of light” ‘’and then all the power goes out’’ and people get curious. I think it’s the intro beause in the beginning they were like they heard a us loud thing fly over there head’s then the lights go out . Then the explanation is important too, beause if Mr. Goodman had not explained himself they would have probably killed him without a thought about it. And then that’s the end of that story.
Then they erupted in chaos . Turned on each other family against family . These facts indicate was that the monsters were themselves . They used these events to move forward in the story
