The video “What is literature for?” expresses the importance towards that although there are other important things going on in life, why we should spend our time reading novels and poems. I agree with youtube channel, “The School of Life” video on many aspects. The video explains literature can: save time, make you nicer, be a cure for loneliness, and prepare us for failure. Literature is an art and opens us to another universe to help educate, round us as individuals, and perhaps improve our lives as a sanctuary or gateway from reality.
