It was going to be a perfect vacation. The Smith Family was going to Aruba, for the first time ever, during spring break. Nothing was going to ruin their vacation. Two weeks before they left, Jimmy fell off his bike and hit his head, leading to a concussion. Jacklyn sprained her ankle at soccer practice, and Johnny ran into a fence, leading to stitches. Everyone stayed calm and hoped to get better soon. After that week went by, Jimmy’s concussion healed, Jacklyn’s ankle healed, and Johnny got his stitches out. The Smith family gathered around near the fish tank and talked about whether or not they should take the offer. After talking about it, they decided to take the offer. The Manager walked them to their room and handed them the air matresses. The room was just big enough to fit all the mattresses, but they were grateful just to have a roof over their heads. The next day they swam in the ocean, went jet skiing, and went snorkeling. They enjoyed every day and took advantage of all the activities.
