In 'The Sniper' the main character is a Republican Sniper.The conflict of the story is that there is a civil war going on. And the Republican Sniper is taking fire from an enemy sniper. The characters motive is that he is a soldier and is fighting for his survival. The conflict was resolved when the Republican Sniper had killed the enemy. But he soon learns that he has killed his brother.
