Although surviving in this world is one of the main struggles Buck deals with it is not his only. For example we see how Buck has conflict with other characters such as Spitz. These two are often arguing and not getting along which becomes a struggle because they are part of a team. Surviving maybe one ofBucks main concerns but it is not his only he wishes to be dominant over the others as well.
