In Shakespeare's Othello, there is a major disagreement among specialists in regards to the true protagonist, or main character, in the play. Is it "Honest" Iago, who bends those oppose him to his will, or perhaps Othello, of whom the play revolves? The main character should first be discerned to select the true climax of Othello.
