A gun-shot murder case happened in Baltimore, Maryland on June 1998, where a 20 years old college student, Tyrone Jones was falsely accused of causing the death of a 15 years old boy and was arrested by the police. The trial notes stated that the prime suspect was arrested due to his clothing matched with the shooter as described by the eye witness. Worst still, during the trial, the eye witness insisted that Tyrone Jones was the killer and the prosecutor presented evidence which indicated that a gunshot residue particle was found on the suspect’s hand.
Eventually, Tyrone Jones was convicted to life in prison in 1999 for the conspiracy to commit murder. While serving his sentence, Tyrone Jones made several attempts to appeals but in vain.
