First, the third little pig in the Story of the “Three Little Pigs” is most admirable because he is clever. On page 24, the author wrote, “ When the little pig saw what he was about, he hung on the pot full of water, and made up a blazing fire, and, just as the wolf was coming down, took off the cover of the pot, and in fell in the wolf”. On page 20, the author wrote, “So the little pig went off before the time, as usual, and got to the Fair, and bought a butter churn, and was on his way home... “ . This quote supports the fact that the third little pig is admirable because he was able to be persistent even though the Big Bad Wolf was out to get him. He was still able to outsmart the wolf no matter what he had planned. If he wasn’t persistent, however, he could’ve fell in the trap of the Big Bad Wolf. But being persistent allowed him to outsmart the Big Bad Wolf no matter what he threw at him. Hence, the third little pig is admirable because he was persistent in him outsmarting the Big Bad
