One big mistake can determine your fate. What happens when these two main characters from two different stories are in dangerous situations that are similar and different comparing the conflict characters and setting?
In “Being Prey” and “Sound of Thunder”, the main characters are put in dangerous situations causing multiple conflicts to occur in both stories. One of the conflicts that occurred in both stories are that the main characters are the intruders in the predator’s territory. Plumwood went into a crocodile’s territory and Eckles went in the past to the dinosaur’s territory and both places are heavy populated with dangerous animals. They made unwise decisions in not following directions which creates a problem
