The case was eventually passed and heard before the court. After a long hard fight the Supreme Court unanimously favored Brown, and declared the “Separate but Equal Doctrine” was unconstitutional. This was a huge televised event, and was even published in the weekly newspaper. This was a huge warp in people's everyday life. This put a clear end to segregation in schools, and allowed all children an equal education. All cases, and actions all lead to the free world we have today. Today, people of color can go to school with us, can work the same jobs as us, vote, and even own houses, businesses, and property. Although there is still some racism in our world, I don't think we could be any happier with our equality. We have so many people to thank for our lives today. All because one person was willing to act out after they were poorly treated. Thus created, and positively ended the Civil Rights Movement.
