The Tibet genocide happened in 1959. Tibet’s relationship didn’t really go well with China’s dynasty. China started a war because of Tibet’s culture and religion. Tibet’s religion was Buddhism and they had their own cultural traditions. Tibet wanted to reject China’s government and leader. In 1950 China already wanted to invade Tibet. China didn’t want to keep their promise and Tibet wanted to stand up for what's right and so they came to a war on March 10, 1959.
During the 1950s, affairs among the Tibetan and China were clashing, while monasteries continued to be resistance and likely sheltering rebels. The Chinese needed to count on the united front rule to develop their own power. The Tibet was still showing respect for Dalai Lama.
