While the crew was emptying its tanks, the ship unexpectedly rolled. Unfortunately, a large wave crashed into the boat which caused it to roll even farther. As they came up onto the Aleutian Islands of Alaska, they feared she might sink or snap in two. They called for Rich Habib, who was a senior salvage master and is qualified to pilot ships of all sizes all over the world. He also works for the Titan Salvage. [5] Since Johnson had died, Habib gets lost in his mind as he wonders if he should abandon the salvage. Is this dangerous mission too much to handle? Would you continue to save the ship? Even though the Cougar Ace is 140 miles from shore, Johnson has died, and the salvors need calculations, Habib continues to persevere through the difficult situation. Unsurprisingly, Habib calls for more help. Working extremely hard for what they feel for nothing, the crew has little hope for the Cougar Ace as the ship’s roll has increased. The only way out of this mess is to tow it into the Bering Sea, which is considerably calmer. The strong Sea Victory vessel lassoes a cleat onto the ship and begins to
