Every school’s ethos should have the children at the centre of everything. Children and their work should be celebrated in a variety of ways.
In our school children receive: writer of the week awards for their literacy work daily golden star award for their overall work and behaviour star of the week awards for their behaviour and work during a week attendance awards for their attendance during the school term class attendance and punctuality awards
Working together children will achieve together and will form relationships with others.
Attitudes of pupils and staff should always be positive to encourage an effective learning process. They should take pride in their surroundings and the way the learning process takes place.
The school’s commitment to a safe and secure learning environment forms an inclusive environment, where diversity and equal opportunities are positively recognised.
Every school should provide a caring, challenging environment that promotes equal opportunities and achievement for all.
At Kidbrooke Park, our pupils' well being and standards of achievement are our core purpose. We seek to provide the best education for every child in an environment that is rich and vibrant and to develop a school community that fosters a sense of purpose, co-operation and mutual respect.

3.2 - Evaluate methods of communicating a school’s ethos, mission, aims and values
Every schools aims and values should be communicated as much as possible in school literature, school website and in school. By having access to the schools aims and values parents will gain their first impression about the school.
