Have you ever heard the saying “you are who you hang out with”? In “On the Bridge” by Todd Strasser, a teenage boy named Seth tries to be cool by hanging out Adam, a self proclaimed cool kid. Seth and Adam are standing on a bridge smoking cigarettes when Adam decides to flick his over the side onto a car below. The boys find themselves in a predicament when the car pulls up behind them and three muscular men get out of the car, Seth refuses to say who flicked the cigarette on the car but Adam put the blame on Seth.
