There are many kinds of people in the world, no matter in the student life, or in the work places. People around you can always influence you, so have a good partner is a very important thing. In my opinion, a good co-worker has open-minded and responsible for the thing he or she did. Some people may think that knowledge and experience are more important, but I think the self-cultivation of a person is more important. People with a kind heart are always good to be with because they are respectful and have good temper. For example, I had a group discussion in my high school. One of my partner was a open-minded person. Every time the group members dispute on the decisions, he always tried to find the best way to solve it. When the group member provided the opinions against him, he would not reject it or defend for himself immediately. However, he tried to listen to others explanations and rethink the questions again. A person who respect other's opinions and accept other's thoughts is good to be a partner. Responsibility of a person is very important too.
