Topeka Kansas is known for some hauntings that have happened either way back when, who knows when or just recently. The city of Topeka is known for some of the paranormal or hauntings that have happened. There have been reports over two places in Topeka, those places are the famous Topeka High School and The Great Overland Station. “Topeka was founded in 1854. With that comes 160 years of history and, in their opinion, 160 years of ghosts.” ( KSNT) There have been reports about hauntings over at Topeka High School and The Great Overland Station. They are both very old buildings, they are 56 years apart of age. Due to old age of the buildings, people have died there and of course there would be hauntings. But as for Topeka High, it was built on top of a graveyard, so of course it will have hauntings. I myself still need to go on ghost tour at The Great Overland Station because I already know what goes down here at Topeka High. I have already experienced enough of paranormal activity here at my school. If you go to Topeka High School and are a student or a staff member then you about things that happened in the past or recently. As for the people who have been to The Great Overland Station, you know what happens there and the ghostly figure you see of the little boy at the door in pictures or feeling your clothes and ankles being tugged at. It isn’t that bad to be around spirits, people may say it’s bad because of some of the spirits but they are just people that are lost and looking for their way back. Making contact with a spirit can be something bad because you don’t know what they are capable of doing but in all reality, you will be just fine. Topeka High School and The Great Overland Station are some really pretty buildings and they don’t look haunted but beware because they are.
