Merlin is a fictional TV show about King Arthur. During the first season of Merlin, Arthur is

The main character, Merlin, is a young boy from the country with black hair and blue
eyes entering Camelot to work for his uncle, the court physician. Merlin’s mother sent him away to Camelot because she was worried that the villagers would notice that he has magic. When
Merlin gets to the castle he is looking for his uncle, Gaius, an old man with wise wrinkles. Merlin displays his powers when he enters the castle and saves Gaius from injury by using his magic.
Gaius recognizes Merlin’s gift and helps him develop it.!

On his first day as apprentice to Gaius, Merlin sees Prince Arthur and his friends
throwing daggers at a target. A servant boy is holding the target and moving around for Arthur and his friends. Merlin takes pity on the servant boy and stands up for him against Prince Arthur.
They argue and Arthur chases Merlin through the Camelot Market causing Merlin to use magic.
The guards catch Merlin and put him in the dungeon but Gaius releases him. Then Gaius scolds
Merlin and warns him about using his magic in public.!

The King of Camelot, Uther, banned magic in Camelot because of it’s involvement in his
wife’s death. King Uther is a middle-aged man that has grey hair and grey eyes. Morgana’s maidservant Gwen, who has brown eyes and brown hair, had witnessed Merlin’s behavior against Arthur and the two became friends. Morgana, Gwen’s mistress, is King Uther’s ward and
Princess of Camelot. She has black hair and green eyes. !

A couple days later at a banquet for Arthur, an old woman comes bearing gifts for the
king. She starts singing a song that makes everyone except Merlin fall asleep. Merlin notices that she is using magic so he makes the chandelier fall on her. She was not killed but stealthily threw a dagger at Arthur. Merlin instinctively shoved Arthur out of harm’s way thence was congratulated by Uther and granted the job of Arthur’s steward. !

Time passes and Morgana realizes she has magic. She starts hating Uther because he
hates magic and people like her. When she finds out that Uther is her father, her hate increases.
Morgana finds her half-sister
