Another reason Julius Caesar’s tragic flaws lead him to his death, is the way he was brought down. The conspirators plan on killing Caesar with a dagger. Cassius says, “I know where i’ll sheath this dagger then” (Shakespeare 1. 3. 89.). They practice how they will stab Caesar, in the heart. Conspirators meet Caesar and accomplish their devious plan at the capitol. Casca says, “[leaping onto Caesar with his knife] Deeds, not words, for me! [The conspirators stab Caesar repeatedly] (Shakespeare 3. 1. 76.). Caesar is stabbed to death by the conspirators. The last reason Julius Caesar’s tragic flaws lead him to his death, is his arrogance, carelessness, and ambition. For example, The fortune-teller says, “Beware the ides of March” (Shakespeare
