I am thrilled to rejoin the coaching staff as your daughter’s strength and conditioning coach; I truly missed training them last year.
I would ask that all girls report to fitness with proper clothing given the time of day and dropping temperatures, water and footwear (no cleats). We will be on the track and also stadium stairs for our outside workouts.
I strongly believe that the work we do off-the-pitch will greatly assist your daughter's:

Doug has amassed over 35,000+ training hours with his athletes and celebrates that 36 of his clients have played in the National Hockey League and further, 24 of his clients have competed in the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships.
Doug also holds a University of Guelph Personal Training Certificate and holds his CAN-FIT-PRO Personal Training Specialist Certification.
