Why did you choose this workout/event?
I chose yoga as my new class this week and I chose yoga because yoga incorporates all areas of the body in the workout plans.I also chose yoga because yoga focused on isotoinc exercise verse isometric exercise.
What specific muscles/areas of the body did this class focus on? yoga focus is on the entire body includingincluding the respiratory system. The idea behindbehind yoga workouts is to use breathing stretchingstretching and flexibility to build a nd tone muscle.
What are things you liked about it?
I liked the calmness and ease of yoga as well as the pace.Yoga is like meditation and the natural ease of the body and minds stress while toning and working on all muscle groups.In addition yoga does not use cardiovascular activities to tone and buold musle mass.
What are things you did not like? I would enjoy the yoga exercise activities more if the exercise pasd was faster.Yofa is slow snd methodical at times and when your working on toning muscle mass you are often pushing the muscles till they are burning .When your pushing yourself and your muscles you want to make more frequent changes in the sets of the exercises to relieve tension.
If you were to continue this class/event what are goals you hope this class would help you to achieve?
Breathing and patiencepatience would be the most benifical for me personallypersonally if I continue to use yogayoga as mymy main
