Tunxis community college is a great place to start because of its ability to prepare students to move forward to universities and to better colleges. It is very important to provide Tunxis with the necessities it needs to make the students reach their full potential. Students that have to take 4 classes and attend Tunxis fill time have to pay about 2,000 for their classes. I want you to be able to give Tunxis students higher grants and provide the school with more opinions and more support. Along with other community colleges Tunxis is good at preparing students to reach their full potential into a university after they transfer. Many past students have claim that Tunxis was the best decision they made towards education. The amount of money Connecticut gives to high end Universities rather than community colleges is surprising because if it weren't for Tunxis or other community colleges those schools would have less students attending a because of the acceptance rate they have. I think that putting more money into community colleges Is not a waste because for the people that put in the effort to get into a better college should be helped financially just like other schools that are high end or not.…show more content… I think this is somewhat of a reasonable amount but nevertheless we can increase this by limiting the building of unnecessary road fixtures and spending money on a bus way that is already financially stable. Tunxis is in so much debt that some classes will be cut to ensure that the students get equal about of learning and money to continue to get there education here. The state only plays for Tunxis personal use and I think the state should help tunxis out with expenses rather than the little necessities to have it
