Consumption of alcohol has been recorded as one of the causes of several diseases; including diseases associated with the liver, kidney and most vital organs in the body. In recent times, the occurence of alcohol consumption and abuse among teenagers have increased. It is the largest social issue among young people. “Each year, approximately 5000 young people under the age of 21die as a result of underage drinking; this includes about 1,900 deaths from motor vehicle crashes, 1,600 as a result of homicides, 300 from suicide, as well as hundreds from other injuries such as falls, and burns. Besides these shocking statistic evidences, drinking alcohol in youthful age have some others serious problem that affects people’s life such as health problems, accidents, uncontrollable behavior.” Alcohol is a substance that has numerous negative effect on people’s health, especially at an immature age. “In a report issued last December, the American Medical Association (AMA) found that teen drinking -- not bingeing, just drinking -- can seriously damage growth processes of the brain and that such damage "can be long-term and irreversible."
