I have been asked to prepare a briefing note for a new employee who will be joining the company soon as a line manager. Below is information which will give this new starter a more in depth look of the organisation, what we do and how we operate.
The Services Homes For You Offers and its Main Customers

For example the neighbourhood management team liaise regularly with tenants so they may become aware of an anti-social behaviour issue that has not yet been reported. They can then pass on information regarding this to the ASB team so that the issue can be dealt with accordingly and resolved. Another example is that the property consultancy team might notice a technical issue that has not yet been reported by the tenant they can then inform the Homework’s technicians and they can act to repair the fault.
Culture of Homes For You
The culture of Homes For You is very much a “Role Culture.” Role culture is one in which every person’s job or role is clearly outlined, for example in the form of job descriptions and person specifiucations, each employee has their own tasks/ contributions to make to his or her team.
Here at Homes For You each job role clearly has it’s own tasks/ duties which are clearly outlined in the job description and person specification. Each employee is made to understand exactly what is expected of them.
Every task or duty to be carried out has a clear procedure which must always be followed. As is typical with most role culture organisations we have a hierarchy structure in place.
There are many ways in which any type of culture can effect operations.
