Delay in service provisions. Service users are supposed to be seen within four hours when they go in the hospital but because of poor quality, the provision is not given. Ambulance service are delayed or none and you are told to come to hospital a cab. Service users have their views of hospital treatment like been given medications they can literally buy over the counter.
Communication. Health workers should be able to communicate politely with service users. The way you speak may mean something different. Some service users do not like going to see their general praititional (GP). Because some them have just few minutes to see a service user, so they rush through the consultation time.
