Question One: Waitomo Adventures website creates a positive experience for someone researching and booking with this company. The process is quick, comprehensive and easy because when you complete a google search of Waitomo caves, Waitomo Adventures is one of the top websites that shows up. The information is clear and understandable as there is an easy to read menu bar at the top of the website. The photos that Waitomo Adventures provide on their website help the customer maintain their levels of excitement throughout the researching and booking process, making the outcome more likely to end in a sale.

Question Two A: As soon as Waitomo adventures website loads there is a button you can click, on the home page stating to 'book online now!' You can then select the date you want. This then leads to the booking page where you can book what activity you want to complete and the time of compulsion. You then proceed to the payment process where you confirm everything and they follow up with an email that consists of all the necessary details.
