For this discussion assignment, I am going to use the example of a coffee shop. Let’s assume for a moment that the coffee shop is in a city where there are other coffee shops. They all charge a similar price and offer similar products. Even the chain coffee shops, such as Starbucks would offer similar products as a similar price. They have their own loyal customer base, and have their own preference for the coffee.
