“Medicare: Part D”
Policies are created and enforced to provide order in the world. When policies are created in the healthcare world, they are created with a purpose to ensure that the healthcare policy and techniques are utilized to provide a quality setting in daily active events. Also, it is important to know that the purpose of healthcare policy and procedures in a healthcare work environment is to inform all employees the anticipated results of the organization. This will allow all employees to understand their roles and duties within the business. Exactly, what are policies? “Policies define how people conduct themselves, or take on certain actions that are deemed necessary to address an identified priority problem” (ncbi 2018). In order for a development of a policy to be considered a problem it must be generated and most importantly it must catch the attention of policy makers so a proposed plan can be placed into action. Elaboration of what I mean on development of policies is that health issues are occurring every single day and this give policy makers a chance
