Roster
Pulling a roster of the battalion names is the first step to show the assigned and attached Soldiers of the unit(s). This will provide you with the names that should be slotted within your USR. This report will show the Soldiers in the unit, Soldiers in training, and non-duty military occupation specialty qualified (NDMOSQ). If a Soldier is missing from the URS, simply selecting add a Soldier will correct the issue. You will add their name, rank, and MOS to the empty fields. Soldiers that have a “09” code are still in training and marked with a “TN or SM” code, these Soldiers can be slotted in any MOS, just left unchecked for qualification. The Training will cover: Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS), Officer Candidate School (OCS), Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP), Officer Education System (OES), and Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP), which gets an “SM” Code. Once marked with the “TN or SM” they will require a projected arrival date.
