Vacancy- if the store has a vacancy, they put it on their website under career roles

Identify selection criteria- choose applicants by application form on their website

Selection process- applicants who pass online assessment get through to an interview.
4.
Interview- applicants asked to do a roleplay
(given time to prepare). After this, they are assessed for their skills and reasons for wanting the job.
