The first decision I would make would be to decide on workload distributing. There would be a system to determine which team focuses on each category of the e-Discovery process. I would establish teams that focus on the identification of data, then a team that focuses on the preservation of the data and so fourth. The second decision I would make is to ensure that the professionals that are hired for the company are fully qualified. When you want your business to be trusted and be successful your employees are the eyes of your business. When you have productive intelligent employees that are trained in the profession of e-Discovery the company will be more productive and victorious. The last decision I would make is a mandatory certification rule that is written in the employee handbook. This rule would require all employees to join the EDRM. To keep a valid job employees would have to renew their membership as an EDRM member at their own cost. After three years of working with the company, we will take care of the fee enclosed with renewing the EDRM membership.
