The first part of the urinary system is the kidneys, which filter blood; the ureters, which transfer the urine from the kidneys to the bladder, the bladder, which hold and store urine; and the urethra, through which urine exits the body
Kidneys

Kidneys are the most complicated part of the urinary system; they are a pair of bean-shaped organs found along the posterior wall of the abdominal cavity, each of them about the size of your fist and the color of it brownish-red. The left kidney is located little bit higher than the right kidney since the right side of the liver is much larger than the left side. The kidneys are necessary for homeostasis. Daily, our kidneys procedure about 200 quarts of blood to sift out about 2 quarts of unwanted products and excess water. The waste and Excess water convert to urine, which move to the bladder through tubes called ureters. Our bladder keeps urine until we need to go to the bathroom. , The kidney it consists of 2 featured regions which are the Renal Parenchymal and Renal Pelvis. Both of kidneys has around 1 million nephrons, which is the functional units of the kidney
