Would you wanna live in a society where there are no problems or a society where you get to choose what happens to you?Imagine if you had all the freedom you wanted, and you had rights. You could have all the freedom you wanted if you live in a democratic society. Living in democratic society with freedom is better than living in a society without freedom because you get to choose what happens to you (your own career path), you get to choose what kind of life that you want (family, kids, spouse) , and you get to speak your ideas and opinions. (freedom of speech). One reason why living in a democratic society is better than living in a utopian society is because you get to choose your own job and you get to choose what happens to you and make your own choices. In a utopian society the government assigns you a job and you can't pick or change your job. You get a job based on what you did growing up and where you spent the most of your time at. Also in a utopian society you can't do what you want, you have to do things the way the government says you have to. In a democratic society you have family from generations back and you pretty much know who they all are. Even if you have never met them you still know who they are. You always have someone to count on and talk to when you have family. But in a utopian society you have no idea who your family is.
