1. My verbal triggers is when my parents says come at home on time or don’t go out at night so that’s makes me my mouth off. Another triggers is once I goes out with my friend at picnic and they let me alone in forest, park or anywhere that’s trigger for me. I swear if my brother do any mistakes in front of me or if I involve in accident so that’s where those verbal triggers come from my mind. I am positive so I don’t like to use verbal triggers to others and it will also have a big impact on my life. I use good appropriate language before I use verbal triggers. This are triggers for me because those kind of things shows me I need to keep triggers away and work in a better way in other’s person life.
2. Once I have been triggered to calm myself down I will be using the way to reduce my own arousal pattern.

I don’t think it’s helpful for me to simply ignore what I am thinking because it’s my emotion that’s saying to do things with my feelings at same time. It’s like Medicine Wheel, there is connection between my feelings and thinking. Ignorance of my feelings and thinking is worst things I will be ever done.
5. My ability and prejudices to respond on crisis is being self-aware. I also Listen actively what’s other is saying to me and it might be feedback. I also get to know others by asking them. Once a while, I had a difficulty and I ask my supervisor what can I do for that and he send me somebody to help me so that shows the example of a helpful attitude towards me. Another example of non-helpful attitude is my mom being sick at home once and I tried to call my friends to come over at my home and he/she says I am busy with my own stuff then that will be non-helpful attitude towards me.
6. My sense will be in a positive way such as giving respect to others and making them feel kind by leaving with impression. After I have exhibited an attitude or demonstrated a prejudice because in my point of view, showing positive attitude is helpful tool to me as a
