It’s good to gain clinical experience before transitioning into areas such as research and teaching. Salaries in research at the base level are usually lower than clinical salaries. Techs work with new animals on a day-to-day basis, through there may be many patients that return. Australia koalas are suffering from a sexually transmitted disease known as Chlamydia. It has reduced the koala population in areas of Australia from 60,000 in the mid 1999 to 10,000 in 2012. They were more worst in the states of Queensland and New South Wales. They have been trying to make a vaccine to help the animals from getting chlamydia. There are so many animals with diseases, but I would really would won’t to become a veterinarian. Because I would love to treat animals that has diseases or an infection, also even a broken bone. I really love animals they are very important to me and this is why I choose the career because I care about them. They’re so many different types of reason that I choose to become a veterinarian.
