Beginning around 800 CE, Norse expansion began and in 1206 CE Chinggis Khan brought the Mongol tribes together. The Vikings invaded many parts of Europe, more specifically England, Germany, and France, while the Mongols conquered all of Asia including China, central Asia, Persia, and Russia. Both the invasions of the Vikings and the Mongols had great impacts throughout Eurasia affecting many people, such as the beginning of feudalism, the spread of the bubonic plague, the end of the Abbasid Empire, the fall of the Song dynasty, and Eurasian integration.
