Moreover, it can be a person’s religious beliefs, a person’s past work experience, and goals a person has for their future (Griffith & Dunham, 2015). As for religion, I am Baptist which no one would know without me telling them. My religion is considered non-visible diversity. A person’s work history is another type of non-visible diversity; because you can not look at someone and know what their work experience is.
